Metered PDU is a device providing network-grade power distribution with monitoring data of power to IT equipment.
Metered power distribution unit with LED input current monitoring provides active metering to enable energy optimization and circuit protection. This PDU also provides electrical protection and reliable power distribution to valuable equipments in racks and cabinets to help manage power capacity and increase functionality.
The all-metal housing supports varying options, including 1U horizontal or 0U vertical mounting in standard 19 inches racks, on a wall or under a counter. Offered in varying sizes and configurations, metered PDUs can be customized to meet the demands involving voltage, current, number and type of connections, and monitoring functionality. Multiple outlet configurations and optional flexible mounting are available in horizontal or vertical. Durable material, heavy-duty power cable, effective components and superior circuitry are used to provide the most complete protection.

Real-time monitoring current load in PDU; 3-digit LED current meter can provide real-time information which is convenient to end-users or MIS to gain the power consumption status and current load immediately. The built-in warning alarm will have audible buzzer when the power consumption of PDU exceeds the power set-up limitation. The built-in alarm will make beep-beep sound to warn data center people and MIS that power consumption exceeds the power set-up limitation. Unplugging the device from PDU or just pressing button on the display to mute the buzzer when overload has warning sound. It’s very easy to understand PDU power consumption status to monitor and manage the power loading in time via LED Current Meter to get a reliable and safety power information which is possible to avoid power cut for device.
