AHOKU has capability to develop new products and switch to mass production stage in very short period through a series extremely innovative R&D procedure. In addition to some basic specification, AHOKU also provides customers more comprehensive testing project based on our mature R&D experiences. High self-standard allows us to provide customers more thoughtful and perfect services.
Our Teams
Two professional R&D Teams of Ahoku:
- Team in Taiwan specializes in product design with unique and creative concepts. Our designers have sharp and plentiful ideas to implant life in product to create and bring good experiences to end users.
- Team in China is familiar to tooling mold design/process, manufacturing operation and production process to have best, smooth and efficient production lines arrangement to ensure product quality.
Our Service
- Teamwork is the core spirit for both teams. Mechanical and Electrical Engineers have industrial design background and experiences to have products meeting with safety requirement, assisted by technology of computer-aided 3D design (Solidworks / Pro-E) and Professional 3D Printers (Ultimaker 3) to provide OEM / ODM service for customers.
- Starting from the market trend research before project development, product concept sketch proposal, ID design, inner structure design, 3D mock-up (or CNC machine) sample verification to tooling mold planning and cost evaluation which may let customers have faster and correct decision to launch new project into market.
- To engage in product safety testing and certification to let new product switch to mass-production stage in short period to provide qualified and best products.
